We are very excited to join New Jersey’s nationally acclaimed UEZ program. Since 1984, it has been an engine for driving urban revitalization and economic growth. The UEZ program, a proven success in 27 zones throughout the state, has generated 58,216 jobs and $387 million for reinvestment projects since its inception in 1984.

The New Brunswick UEZ will become a magnet for shoppers who will pay just 3% sales tax, and that sales tax stays right here in our City for capital improvements and economic development activities.
